Executive Team

John P. de Jongh III (JP) is a graduate of the American University, with a degree in International Studies and concentration in U.S. Foreign Policy. JP is also co-owner of Sabroso Restaurant in St. Thomas, US Virgin Islands and is presently Second Vice-President of the USVI Soccer Association.  JP has a background in healthcare financial operations and performance analysis where he consulted for Cancer Treatment Centers of America, national oncology health system.

Victorine Merrifield is a graduate of the University of the Virgins Islands with a bachelor’s degree in Accounting and a master’s degree in Business Administration.

Victorine oversees St. Thomas Properties, LLC’s (STP) financial data and maintain federal, state, and local legal requirements. She is the accountant of St. Thomas Properties LLC. and is in contact with tenants to assist with questions or comments relating to billing.

Jaivie Bryan currently serves as the Maintenance Supervisor at St. Thomas Properties LLC.   After graduating CAHS with high honors, he was hired as the youngest staff member to ever work for the company.  

Since then Jaivie has moved up the ladder from maintenance worker to maintenance supervisor and has become one of the main support staff of the company now known as St. Thomas Properties.  He has operated as property manager for months at a time between manager transitions and is very instrumental working with contractors.  He has accumulated over 20 years of experience in maintenance and project management.  Currently his responsibilities include but are not limited to: scheduling and delegating tasks to maintenance crew, conducting corrective and preventative maintenance to building and tenant spaces, ensuring adequate inventory of tools and supplies, working with contractors and vendors, and assisting in  managerial decision of St. Thomas Properties.
