V.I. Lt. Governors - Office of Tax Assessor Corporations and Trademarks Recorder of Deeds

The Office of the Lieutenant Governor, by statute, provides vital services to the U.S. Virgin Islands community. Under the leadership of the Honorable Lieutenant Governor Tregenza A. Roach, Esq., the office generates significant revenues through its divisions. These include, Corporations & Trademarks, Office of the Tax Assessor, Office of the Tax Collector, Recorder of Deeds, Passport Acceptance Facility, Virgin Islands State Health Insurance Assistance Program (VISHIP) / Medicare, Geographic Information Systems, Division of Banking, Insurance and Financial Regulation, Cadastral, and Notary.

General office hours are weekdays from 8:00am to 5:00pm except weekends and holidays (modified hours due to the coronavirus pandemic are weekdays from 9:00am to 3:00pm.)
