In 2017 Two Kiwi sisters originally from New Zealand teamed up with a popular Island chef to create Salt & Vinegar, the Islands first 'Fish and chip shop'. The idea was to incorporate a little of their home in a unique island friendly environment everyone could enjoy.
The playful fun atmosphere is reminiscent of what you would expect to enjoy at a casual seaside spot. Crispy fish and chips, the perfect beach meal paired with cold beer, family and friends, good music, salty fingers, friendly faces, and laughter.
You'll find the classics in favorite seafood with creative fish sandwiches, fresh salads, poke bowls, creamy chowder, homemade lemonade and ice creams, along with innovative cocktails, and the award-winning NZ Lamb Burger.
